I applied there for my license 2 months back and during that time I could buy many times from different branches with no hassle But their sale man didn’t sell me today without my vesicle ID and surprisingly him self sold me 2 times before first time without asking and second he asked for the ID and I showed him copy on my phone and all was ok !! But today again he has a new role which is ok for me but I didn’t like the inconsistently . if he informed me the time before that I will accept the copy for this time only I would get it the vesicle I’d with me . ..honestly I don’t understand !! The weird thing was When I asked for a supervisor he got insulted and showed me with pride that he is the manager , it was like nothing you can do do here !!! Anyways I pushed to have his manager who is not answering his phone !!!! to make it clear here I bought from another MMI branches and only scanning my app was enough for them , but for this person who started showing me strange attitude right after I asked surprisingly about the price of one of the bottles which was almost 2 times more than African & eastern which is like 2 minutes far , and I was just asking just to know if the price before removing the tax , that’s it .. the bottom line if you ‘re wondering how bad customer service would be ? Go there and you will see .

Nice place to buy booze, they sell my fave wine now (apothic red) so It’s a go too place. There are cheaper places but this place is pretty handy for me. The staff are always super nice, friendly and helpful. Would like to see a wider range of ipa and craft ale.

I liked this place , closer to where i live , wide selection of drinks , a bit pricey i think but they always have items on sale . They have stams/loyalty card which you can collect a stamp on every 100 aed spent and once you've finished the whole card you are able to get an item/items up to 300 something plus worth (they have a section on where you can choose your free drink)

Staff at the Motorcity branch are great. Always say hi and remember my name. They always mention specials that relate to my preference.
I would like to see the cold section expanded.

Beautiful marina. Some magnificent boats. There is a great little waterfront area with several non-chain restaurants and a Harvester pub. Entrance from the sea is via one of two powered locks. Surrounded by nice tall apartment blocks.

The centre of Sovereign Harbour is here and its really nice for a small walk.
