Small, cosy stationary shop fulfilling almost all the stationary needs under one roof.

Not very competitive in pricing, but a convenient store we frequently visit for school and hobby needs.

I placed an order and paid 85 dhs for a book on their website on December 27, 2020. About a week later I sent a whatsapp message to the store asking if they could deliver the book to my house but they never responded. So, I called them and they responded with saying that the book was sold out and to come back 2-3 days later. Within a few days, I called them back and they said it’s not available and that it will be available in a week. A week later, I called again and they said the same thing and that they will call back when the book will be available. A month and a half has already gone by when they finally sent a whatsapp message saying that they have a black and white copy of the book and not the one I requested for. I messaged them saying that I simply wanted the book that I already paid for... I already waited so long for it so they replied back saying to wait another week. About 2 weeks later, I messaged them requesting a refund and they simply said “ok”. Another 2 weeks has gone by and I haven’t received the refund, so I called them again and they said that it will come within a few days. I messaged them again saying that it’s been about 3 months and I still didn’t get the refund, I wasn’t happy with the service and that I would contact the Ministry of Economic Department. They apologized and said to wait 2-3 days. We’re now in the middle of April and I still don’t have the refund back. It’s exhausting at this point to continue trying. From the very beginning, I should’ve realized that I was never going to get the book. I didn’t like the fact that they were selling the book online as if it was available when it wasn’t... or, that they had the copy and sold it to someone else. The person in contact also seemed very annoyed and I was being very patient with them. Thus, I’m giving them a low rating.

Its an amazing stationary store in Nahada with the best staff. I get all my printing work done from them. I occasionally pick up my office stationary and gifts from the store which is affordable and has variety.

A rare find in the shopping world of Dubai. A cozy bookstore which sells all kinds of stationaries and Islamic books. Bought a signed copy of Motivational Moments by Mufti Menk. Interior design of the store is very nice. Good collection and great customer service.

Good shop. Out of the box products. Islamic. General binding, gift wrapping and printing services as well.
