Ridiculous that the bus into cardiff center no longer runs nothing on the website to show this. Me and several others especially older people don't like driving in the city or can afford the over price parking in town or live near a train station. I heard many people say that they've had to cancel plans because of this

Cardiff Council want to discourage the motorist, and wham bam they close a Park and Ride facility. They are useless or totally not caring about the impact.

This service is a god send for hospital appointments. It takes all the stress of trying to park away, leaving you more relaxed.

*** SERVICE WITHDRAWN ***
The P+R to Cardiff City Centre was discontinued on 8 January 2023 ... even though the direction signs for it are still up! Car parking here is now only for the hospital.

Parking is spacious. Easy access to buses. Limited cover in bad weather. Unwelcoming as a site, doesn't encourage use. No toilets or facilities at all. Compared with many other cities it is a very poor service, particularly for a capital city.

No longer a direct route into the city centre. If using this Park&Ride get the free bus to the hospital and then pay for the 8/9 into the city centre.

FYI as at 8/1/23 the bus link to the City Centre, Pontprennau, or Cardiff Gate offices has been withdrawn. Currently the only bus link is to the University Hospital further along the A48. Put 1 Star only because without the bus links the P&R facility is virtually redundant!

Only a bus every 30 minutes. £5.50 for a car of 2 or more. Customer service of the bus driver has a lot to be desired. As visitors to the area a bit of help with where to get off etc would not have gone a miss. Would I use it again....sorry Cardiff but I won't be back.
