I salute its management for building such a beautiful tower and talking about cleanliness, the more compliments you give, the less you give, the heart is willing to sleep in the parking lot. I fell in love with this tower

Conveniently located in the heart of Dubai Financial Centre , guests have easy access to the most famous tourist attractions like Dubai Mall , Burj Khalifa , The Museum of Future. The building itself it's a busy hub with many restaurants , supermarkets , large swimming poll and advanced gym . Guests will find themselves in the middle of the most luxuries places to visit like Zuma , DIFC Gate Avenue, Cipriani etc .

I have been living in Park Towers for theatre 4 years.
Location is great, access to Gate avenue is a plus but the building management is poor at best.
1. Getting furniture in and out is an absolute pain.
2. The security team looks at themselves as some sort of authority figure and would do anything to make the process more painful than it needs to be.
3. The so-called Damac app needs frequent updates and glitches.
4. The building manager has conveniently reserved a prime parking spot for himself on the ground floor, which should be made available for visitors.
Here is what they could do to improve the situation:
1. Rotate the staff periodically.
2. Relook into the process for furniture delivery and furniture disposal and bring efficiency to the process.
3. The maintenance team should be proactive in issue identification and resolution (Service elevator light took more than 4 weeks for replacement)

Poor customer service.If only i could give zero stars!!!
I went into the Damac Office as i was visiting from Atlanta. I was interested in purchasing a two bedroom apartment property.
I met the "relationship manager" - I think at Jumeirah office, He was not attentive to our needs and VERY standoffish, and when asked about ready apartments, the option given was one further away from the city and boldly told us that he can make arrangements for viewing the next day if only i would purchase the apartment otherwise wait until 2027!
I informed him that the sales person reached out to me at the airport in regards to properties. His reponse " They are just sales people" I found this comment degrading.
I would not recommend any of my friends to utilize this organization. I plan to leave this comment on the CEO linkedln page.

Appartments located in the heart of financial center. The newly built tunnel connects it without the need of going outside. The rooms though have a curved shape towards exterior & that might have an impact on the space. The design is interesting and you have a balcony. Lower floors have empty business spaces. Generous pool but no burj view.

Nice towers. Good smell. Lots of offices available. Apartments are sunny in a good way. Big rooms. Windows till the floor. Really good pool, BBQ place, baby pool. Has tennis court. Welcoming good lobby. Elevators with a good view. Every apartment as much as I know has a balcony safe for children( tall glass railing/barrier. Inside the apartment can't hear street noise. Good district. Very calm outside working ours. Direct connection to Gate Avenue so you don't have to go outside between towers or to go to the store.
