I can see a lot of bad reviews here about customer service. I couldn't agree more. JANET was extremely rude & sarcastic to me. I called head office however they don't seem to be doing much. I WILL NOT PURCHASE FROM THEIR STORE, nor will I purchase from any stores after their disgusting behaviour. Her English is poor. But she wants to be rude to me. I paid 100aed to park my car for 2 minutes because of her poor understanding of English. I have told the company to compensate me for parking and to have this woman go home with no pay today. They didnt agree. Very very rude staff do not shop with them

I’m shocked by service here. Came from the beach to purchase couple of items. At the door the man named RONALDO will stop you like a real policeman he is and without even greeting you the first word that he says is: Mask.
No hello, good afternoon, hi, no…
Then he chances people around the store (again like a real policeman he is) to make sure that they have mask properly on. People get annoyed and leave the store fairly quick (like I did).
So if your sales are down this month- Teach this person by the door how to behave and interact with human beings.

As the name says, "Brands For Less." Very good outlet shop. If you see something that you want, get it because they don't carry stock.

Great place for a variety of clothes from kids, mens and womens. They have home space items also. Though i'd like to see more option for women's clothes, choices got lesser compared to my last visit.

The items is good quality..can afford and so many items to pick but staff mostly not friendly ???? specially if you are Asian they will not assist you fairly

Boring cloths like it’s old rarely to find something exciting plus it’s not arranged well by size …… and most annoying is that on maps it show’s closing time is 1 but these ppl started shouting closing time at 23:35 why ???
