Brands for Less Dubai mall. 19/06/2023 around 2200hrs. The short Asian cashier whose name badge wasn’t there to mention. She was very rude as I asked her for a box for my shoes cuz the one that was there it was completely damaged. I then asked her for a separate bag for the other shoe to which she rudely responded “ yeah I’m doing that “ then a harsh thank you with a rude look. Mr. Toufic you really need to handle your customer service team. If that’s the goodbye your team is said to provide then no thanks. I met a few warm staff within the premises but the last bit the cashier really ruined my entire shopping experience with you and this is my first time to experience such a behavior from brands for less. I love shopping in your store but this 1 star rating is for the tiny lady who gives out unsatisfying service. Very unprofessional sir. Utterly disappointed.

Worst customer experience in my life.

Try not to buy watches there as can be faulty and Shop will not accept devolution or changes.

Hope they work in improve their staff quickly.

For me it's was not good shop although they have brands but you need to spend alot of time finding the one thing that is ok.
The designes are very old.
I think it's all what's leftovers from brands people didn't buy.
Not very recommended

Brands for less in Dubai mall is amazing good collection but you need to check quickly what you need as the good stuff will not stay longer and another customer will take, so you need to keep whatever you like with you.
The price is very good compared to the quality of the products
Mostly i liked the shoes, jackets and the t-shirts.

I visited this shop most of my days in Dubai and loved the value for money. Definitely a more affordable alternative to the brand shops with here & now fashion

They sold me a faulty item and refused to give me a refund, saying only option is a voucher for shopping in the store.
‘ This is the policy mam’, when it clearly says ok the receipt Refunds can be made.

One of my favourite shops in Dubai. I have been in the Dubai Mall branch and Deira City Center branch. The Dubai Mall branch were Tchibo brand before, and is distributed by Brands for less. Tchibo has hundreds of interesting and unusual items for kitchen and living, and also a good collection of garments of good quality at a very good price. You can find things that you cannot find elsewhere.
