Worst experience with the employees. Very rude and the security guard did not corporate at all with the things we already had in hand after shopping at the mall.
Could not enter the store and shop .
The management should keep well trained person as a security.

got my daughters stuff toy lost, and ask around but was not found, Ms. Babay helped us by asking my phone number and said will call us if they will find, and once we came home she called, found the toy. Very helpful and kind.

I went to DCC BRANCH today, it is a small outlet compare to other branch but store is having unorganized items and employees are not well trained especially during promotion’s period and the customer service is very bad. You will ask for assistance they will point you to one person to another and another and another. The staffs are not familiar to the items and if they have mistakes they will be just laugh on it instead sincerely asking for apology. Thẻ promotion for tchibo items are on going instead of having a discounted or another free, we are getting double payment and they will informed after it’s not part of promotions even the staff and cashier surely told the items are part of buy1get1 then I was shocked after calculating the invoice the same time the amount I paid is times 2 of the item. And the manager in charge will informed the customer it cannot be returned or undo their mistakes because of system wise even the items are NOT under garments it a household items, how this possible? And as same time I’m requesting to return the items but cannot be done?? Where is the consumer right here? For how many years every week I’m buying in Brand for less only here in DCC branch I am having always a problem especially today. Instead the customer will be happy to the promotion, the customers are leaving with anger and disappointment. The company itself mission is to keep the customer satisfied but in this kind of people, they’re fooling (excuse me my word) the customers to pay more. If they want profitable branch they should work hard and give thè satisfaction to customers without deceiving us. The Filipino lady manager (this time on duty, I forgot her name) is not resolving the problem but pointing the mistake to the cashier (Reem) and not paying attention to resolve the issue. I really admire and respect the Co-founder of B4L, he always said reducing the price doesn’t mean reducing the quality of the products but unfortunately the employees are reducing their effort to work properly to satisfy the customers. Hope the DCC employees will undergo training again to be more responsible, respectful, knows the meaning of customer service and be more good like other branch (DFC branch as example as we really praise them). Because Brand for less is like a MUST shop to go every weekend without fail for us, especially my child loves to come here, it’s an Attendance for her as she always saying and this time the encountered we experience is unacceptable.

If you’re thinking about ordering online and you get a defected item. Good luck getting it replaced. The customer service team will promise you things and fail to adhere to them. Very upsetting. Just buy from the store itself INCASE u get scammed

I went to Brands for Less in Deira City Center and two cashiers(ladies), one from Philippines (Darlene)and another one was local (Reem)made fun of me and disrespected me. She was telling me something which I didn’t understand in the first go so she assumed that I don’t understand English since I am an Indian and she repeated the sentence in a sarcastic way and both of them started laughing loudly in front of other customers. I felt so humiliated and was shocked to see such Racism in a brand like that. On speaking to the manager of the store he said he will check the matter later, one more customer confirmed to the manager that the staff misbehaved with me. It’s been couple of days now but I can’t get over it as every other customer saw this happening. I know that UAE has zero tolerance for Racism and I will make sure to take a legal action against them.

Only the name says the prices are less but the actual prices are quite high when compared with other stores.

I want to commend the DCC branch supervisor, Ronalyn, and one of the staff, Almond, for their excellent customer service. They helped me a lot today.

So I bought a pair of boots and a jacket almost two weeks ago from their DFC branch. I tried both of them before buying, but this was during the 3-day weekend sale so you could imagine that it was pretty manic in the store. I hurriedly put on one boot and decided it fit alright. The jacket seemed fine too. So I went to queu right away to pay and avoid the chaos. Last night I tried them both again, and the boots, unfortunately, when worn for a longer period of time, were actually a tad small for me. My ankles started to hurt. I also realized that the jacket did not really go well with my wardrobe, so I decided to return them and ask for a refund. I checked the receipt, and thankfully, it was still within the 14-day period. I could refund them because they were normal-priced and not part of the ongoing sale.

I called the DFC branch where I bought them to ask if I could do the refund at DCC as I had errands in the area. The staff on the phone confirmed that I could do it, as long as it was not Apple Pay, in which case it should be done in the actual shop where they were purchased.

Anyway, so I went to DCC, and unfortunately, the refund could not be done because they were using a different card machine (DFC was Mashreq, DCC was CBD). I told the supervisor, Ronalyn, about how I actually spoke to someone from their company to confirm that I could do it in their branch, that was why I was there, and it would be really inconvenient to carry around the boots and jacket (which were heavy) while I did my errands, and then have to go back to DFC.

To save me from the hassle, Ronalyn took initiative to issue cash instead, and manually voided the transactions. Thank you, Ronalyn, for being empathetic; for listening to my concern, and taking action. Thank you, Almond, for being patient and verifying everything with your senior to ensure consistency in standard. You guys are among the reasons why we love going to Brands for Less.

Secret shop for branded goods as throw away prices. I visit the oud metha branch and the staff is super friendly and helpful.

Well run canal cruise, staff were brilliant and they cater for any need. A leisurely 2 hours with excellent afternoon tea. Highly recommend.

Lovely afternoon tea today. Really enjoyed the experience. The food was plentiful and very fresh. Sandwiches, soup and cakes were delicious and really nicely presented. Staff were excellent and the trip very relaxing. Would go again.

We would like to thank all on board. We had the most amazing day celebrating our wedding on Saturday 1/7/2023.The staff were amazing, the food was out of this world. One guest even commented was there a Michelin cook in the kitchen. Excellent service from booking it to the day. Thank u all so much again Shelley and Phil

Absolutely fantastic!! Our Skipper Kevin was brilliant, very friendly and professional.
The Barge was just brilliant so clean, spacious and well equipped.

From booking online,to arriving to board, Bridgewater cruises have been fantastic. Will definitely be booking again.

The fact my mum who is currently using a wheelchair was able to be with us, just completed a truly wonderful family experience!!

The trip with a large group from Boothstown to the Barton Swing Bridge was a wonderful experience. The staff were wonderfully helpful and friendly. The food was excelent, And the trip relaxing and informative. Bags of assistance too to help those with mobility problems on and off the boat.

Fantastic in everyway great food, staff was lovely, boat was very clean, drinks was very nice, Service was excellent. Couldn't fault a thing. Even gave us a certain table knowing we were celebrating. Thank you very much!

Wow the best had afternoon tea for the first time and I'm really glad we did staff couldn't do enough so friendly good for the price great fun that good we booked for Sunday dinner whilst still on the cruise ????
