Worst experience ever.
No good shoes, over pricey, no helpful staffs.
Me along with other 300 around customers waiting for 3-4 hours for nothing.
Will never visit this store eve again.

Expect queues to get on the ferry especially on Weekends. You okay after reach Swanage at a toll booth. They accept both card/Apple Pay and cash. Very short journey time. Not even 8min I think but you can get down from your car and go up to see some great views. I suggest to visit Knoll Beach (it’s probably the sandy beach) you see when on the ferry going towards Swanage. It’s better than the beaches near Old Harry Rocks.

Great fun ferry. You can get out of your car to watch the the various boats go by.
Only a few minutes from one side to the other, but it can be up to an hours wait to board in peak summer holiday times. Quicker to drive round!

If you want to get from Sandbanks, Poole or Bournemouth to Studland / Swanage this is your best bet otherwise you’ve got a 27 mile trip around Poole harbour yes it costs £5.00 but saves a lot of time and is a pleasant experience.

They only take cash but you are advised well in advance by signs etc. The crossing is very short and they get you on off nice and swiftly, lovely part of the world with wonderful beaches on Studland peninsular.

Great when it's not busy or if pedestrian/cyclist, expensive and potential long wait to use the service otherwise.

Love the ferry. Use it regularly as a shortcut to Studlands for a fantastic walk or access to towns further west. Can use it as a pedestrian as well which saves some time when it gets a bit busy in the summer.
Update: visited again today, as fun as usual. Weekday so not as busy, staff are always very friendly.
