In one of trouser's back side got stretched and damaged after 1st use, I went there to complain about it and request to change but they refused it. There Egyptian manager was very rude not listening anything about returning the trouser. The sales man Mr. Ismael at the time of sale told very clearly that if anything happens to the material it can be changed. Me and my 3 employees bought total 11suits which took 2weeks to handover. we went 3times to 4 times. They have worst tailors they will see you wearing the pant and without taking any measurement they will ask you to handover the trouser to them for fighting so at the end on 4th time finally we got our suits and after 1st use i got this defect which they have refused. Aed 1000 got completely waisted. Very bad experience. They are doing misselling.
