Absolutely great service from the Takhlees team, and particularly Omar, who helped us in a time of great need. These guys know their business and not least the rights of the individuals.

The only thing that detracts from the overall experience was the process of having to continuously pay fees before being able to move on, and the lack of transparency of the overall process and fees involved.

Thank you for a job well done!

I have recently used Takhless service for sending notice to my tenant while I was out of country. I found that their service was very efficient and smooth, all the process was done flawlessly and I was informed of every single step till the final report of delivery. The communication was very effective throughout the process. The staff understands English and Arabic language very well.
I’ll recommend this service to anyone who is looking for remote solutions for their property in Dubai

Worst Service from lawyer Rami. He took Dhs 2,300 for deposit and offer and later 5,000 Dhs for filing case. There was no support during the process and I wasted my time . I lost my case and I also had to give landlord their court registration charges. My advice is not to take their service and specially from Rami… Just be carefully as one of the lady on the counter sends new clients to Rami..

Avoid it at all cost.

They charged me 2,705 dhs to fill a 150 dhs Offer and Deposit case. And now if I wish to have my Ejari, they want to charge me a second time to open a new case.

They also charged 105 dhs to create a (free) login of DLD website, that I already had, but explained me afterward.

Seek advice at Al Bashar Mall - Ejari. They will guide you for a process at cost.
