I bought a plot of land in Brazil and then built a villa 4 years ago.

After all of these years, I have 0 euros as a return of investment.

Bric Group rejects to give me the legal documents that proof what I bought and what was build.

Bric Group threatened me for adding any negative review on internet sharing my real experience.

Bric group fails / rejects to transfer me the tittle deeds.

Investors, be aware, if you invest here, you will be trapped by them, the same owner owns Bric Group, the Coral beach resort and HBM Empreendimentos, so as soon as you give them your money, you will be trapped since they repeatedly break the contract, they do not deliver what was agreed and the profitability they promise is a lie, as I said I have been with this investment for 4 years already and 0 euros of profit.

Now, only possible solution, is legal actions against them for the breach of contract, false promises and lack of communication, so if you do not want to be in my situation, avoid Bric Company at all cost.

UPDATE: The only way for me to be contacted by Bric Group is by writing a negative review. I have been trying to contact them for years, since 2021 and I have no response at all and even the regional sales manager hang up the phone when I called him (fortunately I have this recorded)
This is incredible and it demostrates how Bric Group cares about their customers.
By the way, their response is full of excuses and lies.

While looking for some investment opportunities I found BRIC advertisement on social media and decided to investigate. After two phone calls and some emails we met in Dubai office with Grishma and Stuart. Professional briefing with relaxing atmosphere clear my initial reluctance and “too good to be true” attitude. With business model they selling company values and mindset which was decisive in my case.
Being part of Brazil investment for already six months I’m giving 5 stars for professionalism, individual approach, flexibility, good and friendly contact with investment updates, “how it goes” trips and many more. So far so good! Keep it up!

I live in Fujairah - United Arab Emirates for long time I want to talk about real estate investment for my daughter. She travel and study abroad in Orlando university.
I go and meet Bric Group at their office in Tecom - Dubai. It was the first company I found in uae that can help with all purchase for real estate in Orlando.
It was a super meeting. They are very understanding and helped me grasp the concept of real estate investments in the USA and Orlando. They have helped with my US visa and arranged my inspection visit to see their real estate portfolio of lands and villas and have provided me all the information and documentation that I needed.
I have invest into 3 houses now and want to thank Bric Group Dubai for all their help and assistance in the process. It was fantastic from the moment I registered and met them In person in Dubai.
Already I informed friends and family about their fantastic service and what they offer. Kind company very much.
Now I have my visa application approved and have a company for life.

We had a very informative meeting with our portfolio manager Mirza. Mirza explained the company products very well in a very relaxed environment.
As we are currently looking at expanding our real estate portfolio we are looking at the project in Brazil which is named the coral resort. The marketing and project looks incredible and we will make our decision on our investment soon.
Thanks for the help and taking time out on a Friday to meet with us in Dubai Mirza. Your valued time was very helpful and has us now comparing our options in the uae market amongst others. With regards Dr.Blackmore

We invested into some Florida land plots. We are happy with the packaged price we have recieved and look forward to seeing Florida, staying in the BRIC hotel and viewing our investments. Overall the service has been top notch!

They no longer operate in Dubai and have relocated to Barcelona. Phone numbers in Dubai do not work. Not sure why they still have a venue indicated in the site in Dubai. Investment wise great opportunity and value, service wise alright

This is definitely an investment company with a difference and a very pleasant surprise after some
bad experiences with unprofessional set-ups.
They were efficient and I liked the fact that they own
their investments.For me, this made them much more credible and gave me the confidence that I was dealing with people who know what they are doing.
