As a location it is perfect, close to the metro station so easy to commute. The Tower is well maintained and the offices are of good sizes. Love the fact that they have balconies but the elevators gets full in no time and it can be a real hassle.

Extremely hard and time consuming to exit the building during rush hours, expect delays of upto 1 hour sometimes. They offer free parking for 20 to 30 mins (which is not enough time to even exit) and only accept payment for parking in cash.

Visited an office there. There's an adequate number of lifts meaning that the waiting time is little.

There's Security and a receptionist at the entrance but they are unobtrusive and very helpful.

Terrible management with parking security. I sat for 1 hour to reach from B2 ramp to B1 ramp. Cars came from opposite directions to get in the line and added to the horror. Whilst vehicles coming from up couldn’t reach down as they were obstructed by those coming from the wrong sides. What are surveillance cameras for? What are the security rooms useful for if this is not being taken under control!

Its nice building...but there is big problem is car parking is not available always. But there is paid parking available...
