Has gone downhill since the removal of staff and the tacky looking shuttering on the office. Blue badge bays are being abused by certain parts of the community who apparently while getting protection under the Equality Act, everyone else can go whistle, must be the charming designer outfits with slippers on? Shame was a really good car park, terminated by penny pinching again, obviously blue badge holders taxes are worth less?

Central location reasonably priced for short stay, more than adequate sized parking bays given current trend of larger vehicles than just a decade ago.
Occasionally the APNR system packs up but telephone support (in Dunstable, I think) team is usually helpful in sorting out problem.
Two charging points for EVs at entrance at Ground Level is probably no longer sufficient.
Good amount of parking spaces for blue badge holders with dedicated entrance and exit.
Public toilets are located at main pedestrian access point.

Car parking prices are reasonable. The car park is in a good state of repair. Is right in the town centre so very convenient for shopping and eating out in the town centre.

Public toilets are just outside of the car park. The only difficulty that we experienced was when we left the car park it can be hard to do a right turn on to the main road as a very busy road through

Awful. Says pay on exit so assumed ANPR and a contactless option at exit barrier.
No, you have to go to a machine to pay. When you do it does not accept cards or contactless if you haven't stayed long enough apparently.
Nowhere is this stated.
Had to go to Iceland to buy something random to get some coins.
How backward and useless is this?
Pathetic.

Good place to park but it needs maintaining unfortunately.

Large bays, lifts very slow. Paying units very complicated, large queues, calming ramps inside pathetically high, waste of time on this requirement, pot holes at exit would be more atvantagrous being repaired than calming ramps internally.

Ok for parking near town clean and tidy unfortunately barriers are always out of order

Despite parking charge signs are posted everywhere i have never paid for parking here you dont get a ticket going in and when going out the barrier opens and lets you out fantastic
