I like authentic, quick, easy and tasty.
Brilliant food.
I had low expectations and all were exceeded. It was a bustling little paradise and everything was spot on. Nothing overly spicy, all made fresh, all very good, and the price... 2 people eating, 5 dishes plus some chai, 40 aed. We were so full and happy

If i could give zero star i will probably do. Ive been ordering many times as sometimes we are on a tight budget for food and this is an option for that. Please make sure that you check everythimg before deciding to eat the food. Most of the time the chicken has bad smell so you need to request to make it well done, salmonella is not a joke. And they use left over chicken as well cause you can see the difference on the chicken pieces thru its color. The packaging for the food was extremely bad quality I almost ate the plastic shards and complain about it. The next day, i tried to order again and made sure that everything will be fine. I ordered rice and chicken and they put it on a styro plate wrapped with foil and cling. No cutlerie provided as they always send, no garlic dip as requested as well. I bring back the food. Please anyone that lives on this area, try to double check everything. And how you will be able to eat on a food establishment for dine in when you are beside the building ac vent? All the dust will be on your food. This is a lesson learned, do not compromise your budget to the safety of what you eat. Be mindful there are a lot of clean restaurants out there like Happy Home, Royal Dining, Cold Stone, Cascade, Royal Palace that is very clean and neat.

I had plain dosa for breakfast and tomato fry with tandoori roti for lunch. Dosa was alright, nothing special, chutneys again...average, but what I found great was the tomato fry. It was perfect. Charred marks on the tomato, the gravy was well-balanced not very heavy and most importantly without food coloring. Another thing that is worth mentioning is the roti. Wonderful taste and smell (toasted wheat), so one can tell that they used good quality atta flour, as opposed to white flour. Truly great!

The worst food I ever had from UAE, I had keralaeals and mutton biriyani as well.. Both were the worst I ever had in my entire life.. I tried to eat at least a hand full but it was awful.

Lake palace is an Indian restaurant offering good food varieties. Prices are fair. But the quality is average. The atmosphere is not very good.

We went this afternoon at 6 PM and we had 2 chicken noodles the smell was very very bad like rotten food and can lead to food poisoning , we were about to call Dubai Police for this incident but we don't like to harm others but we will just keep this bad review as a lesson !!
