Placed an order for pickup via talabat as we are in a bit of a rush. When we reach their kiosk when the order was ready for pickup, nobody was there. Had to walk around the pavillion for good five minutes, expecting that by the time we come back, the order is ready. When we came back, we asked for the order and the salesman said “oh we only prepare the order when the customer is here because there are so many scams”. I told him how can it be a scam if it was already paid online???? What an excuse. To bubee, don’t accept self pickup orders if the setup would still be like a normal walk in. It’s useless ordering in advance.

Ordered multiple times already. Service are 5 star. But I always find there milk tea very sweet even with the less sugar option.

always impressed with the quality of the tea and the customer service. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the tea was delicious. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great bubble tea experience.

Very nice.. i like how they make it so tasty and good in discovery garden..unlike to other branch like in rigga taste is more on like water.

Honestly the best place to get Bubble tea from that’s value for money and reasonable ! The staff is polite and very generous with toppings and fillings - which is the best part. They know you want delicious bubble tea and are not stingy at all. Such a refreshing attitude to be generous in Dubai.

I am a frequent customer and didn't know what to try, Janet helped very nicely to choose the flavor u003c3
I took rocksalt blueberry for 16dhs, it was good :) though next time I will definitely try choco flavors or fruity onrs

Hi. I just went to buy one drink but the salesmen seems not in mood to assist the customer. I ask for avocado he is answering like he dont want to talk and i ask also for the caramel so he said also not available. I never experiance salesman talking to customer while doing something else and not offering what available.
