The cafe has very nice staff, I asked about vegetarian options and they offered me a Veggie burger, although I doubted it was already quite late and I agreed although this is my second veggie burger that I tried and it was really tasty. There is a large selection of chicken dishes.

I ordered saj shwarma and they gave me this brown, garbage looking shawarma. Sorry for the word. But it really looks weird. Is it burned or reheated like 20times so it looks like a brown carton. And the catch is they delivered real fast but its cold. ????????u200d♀️ its not eatable at all. I dont even want to bother describing the stuffing inside ???? what a shame serving such kind. ????u200d♀️

We originally ordered 2 bucket of wings with corriander garlic dip, but the fun part is it only comes with garlic dip NO CORRIANDER at all!! ????

We ordered 2 x 1/4 Grilled Chicken, and the taste was just usual, same grilled chicken taste that you can buy in an ordinary restaurant. We're a little bit upset as we have set our expectations based on the chicken taouk that we have tried before.

In all of its branches JJ remains the best grilled chicken in Dubai!
And trust me when I say the best!
Standardized recipes across branches, consistency in service and taste as well as a nice charming ambiance in their little friendly outlets!
Staff is always amazing and smiling, especially in this branch in discovery gardens.
A must try for chicken lovers!

The only reason I give one star is because the staff were friendly, but the wait time was long.

The chicken burgers were horrendous and tasted sour.
The lettuce was rotting on the edges.
The chips were dry.

First time I’ve tried JJ chicken and will never order from them again.

Good ambiance , the staffs are friendly and the food is extra ordinary, for sure we will come back again. Highly recommended restaurant ❤️

I tried the Shawerma chicken and beef, but it is not delicious, and compared with other shawarma restaurants, it needs a lot of improvement; the packaging is excellent, but this is not enough. Please focus on food quality.

I used SOS to service my fridges, I was very happy with the service and when my serve over counter broke they fixed that quickly. It was fine for a while and then it needed a new thermostat which again they replaced. However when the temperature kept going up really high I called (within the warranty period) and left a message numerous times but no one ever called me back. I am now out of warranty, I was very happy with the service they provided, very friendly but I have now lost all faith in them, I understand if they are busy but they couldn't even call me back to say that.
