They prepares some excellent bobaa tea here. You can customize the drink with different flavors of bobaa and other add ons. The coconut jelly was absolutely awesome.

We are really disappointed with the quality ( taste of the milk tea . Below are the feedback

First we bought Okinawa Rocksalt - Too salty and too much sweet and than we requested but no service or Sollution than we pain for one more drink Regular bubble classic and it was just mix of milk ( taste was not fresh ) and ice was too much looks like drinking near expiry milk with lot of sugar and ice .

He didnot ask even the quantity and sugar preference .

Total lost of money and spoiled evening . I have photos just for proof and we just took one sip and leaving

Visited this place at 9:30, 22nd February 2023, the staff refused to take order saying the counter is closed, while the rest restaurant do take orders at least 15 mins before the mall closes, I was going to confront her regarding to accept the order but was afraid she would have messed up my drink! The mall usually closes at 10:30/45

Rude staff, I just typing near Bubee shop inside Al ghurair centre. the staff is not responsible for work , we came family friends and order 10 Bubee drink, but he avoid to take order.
I ask him you closing 12am, Now only 11.25 pm but why you don't take order?
He busy with cash closing and told us 12 am I want close so we are stop taking order from now.
Every shop in Al ghurair food court serving but you have to edit your timing as 11.25 pm

Ridiculous service staff let's her friend cut in line in front of 2 clients, loud chatting when preparing drinks, very unfortunate as I have been a long time client, too bad, lost a client many buble tea around the area, let me try then next time
