A disappointing experience. I asked about the prices of ice cream in advance as they were not displayed and the staff still overcharged, this overshadowed the taste and enjoyment of the ice cream.

I order a small black coffee (16 AED), but she gave me the large cup (25 AED). I didn't discover that until after I drank it, and when I told her that I ordered the small one, she told me that the small cup cost 20 not 16, so you need to update the menu.

Gelatu store at al ghurir mall one of my fav place specially when i am craving icecream i like to eat icecream only in Gelato coz the taste is really delicous and it will be satisfied for my cravings. the staff also so very nice and accomodating specially to Ms Dina shes really great and nice to thier customers.
I would highly recommend visit Gelatu @ alghurir mall.

Ghirair Center branch, they were not clear at the counter, requested clearly one scoop for my kid , the lady asked us for which cup, we said any cup, then she selected 4 scoops cup with 45 AED + toppings without any discussion, realised after kid had taken the cup! This pushes me from buying from Gelato divino again after 5 years of loyal customer, please make sure you comply with the customer's request and convey info clearly.

Too expensive... Not worth for the money. Tried it at a stall in Al seef. I asked her the cost the sales girl didn't even answer.

I am a regular customer of gelato devino in ghurair mal outlet .. i never has such bad experience before .. but today what happend is really made feel very bad .. we r passing through a counter .. my wife was so tierd she could’t walk .. as she is 6 months pregnant .. as soon as she used the chair over there a employee of ur oulet she asked her to move from there even she told her tht she is pregnant she sits fr 5 minuits n leave .. but tht philippjne staff was rude she told her to go to food court n sit … really tht was so rude …… allah is seing evrything ….please teach ur employee first to b kind towards people … either they buy or they don buy ………
