Resident of building 28, Asteco is managing this property. Nice location, well managed , almost all amenities near by including market, metro station and even ibnibatuta mall can be accessed by walk.
Furthermore green and comparatively calm location.

Market is just in front of the building, open space outside the building helpful for kids to play, safe, many a times kids leave their bikes outside and no one change the place of their belongings, greenery outside, pigeons cab be visible in the morning and evening, cats walking around, quick him delivery facilities. Aster, I care, pharmacies, supermarkets, salons, different taste and price restaurants, bus stop, new metro station from mid 2019, taxis, swimming pool, within 5 minute walking from the building.

I am living in this building from quit sometime. Below is my comments

- Building is managed by Asteco Property Management and there office is near to Ibn Mall.
- The location of the building which makes it nice place to live
- Shopping markets are on walking distance 3-4 minutes
- Lot of restaurants all on walking distance
- Near by Mosque 3 minutes walk
- Community swimming pool on 3 minutes walking
- Children playing area in front of building where they can skates, cycling, play any other game (this is not possible in most of the areas in DXB0
- Building a 24x7 security , and monitoring using CCTV

Very favorable place to live for families

I lived there it was a clean well maintained building but still have ventilation issue in studio apartments managed by Asteco
