The bldg owner will never return your security deposit. they will put so many fake charges to the computation. their office admin lady is very greedy so as the owner. so be careful when you deal with them cause they will eat your money and in the end its a very old high priced infested bldg with bachelors. and massage. trust me its not worth it.

Good atmosphere to live with family

It's near the grocery store and it's safe and is very suitable for people with family
But the rental fees are a bit expensive for a 1 BHK room and very few flats have a balcony.
