We have celebrated my child birthdays today and with 25 guests .Very spacious , best customer service, friendly staff and amazing events.
All kids enjoyed and had great fun.

They doctorate the place for birth day party .

Special thanks to Olive , the BK lady who provided the best customer service experience.

Recommended this place for small get together, birthday or kitty parties.

I won't give this branch nor any Burger King's Branch a 4 star but since I can't give a 3.5 here are somethings I love particularly about this branch. I have been coming to this Burger King branch for over 5 years and every time their services are amazing they are quick and snapping, your food is ready in just a few minutes of ordering and many more the food is also amazing the Classic Beef Whopper is always a fan favourite including me but my favourite food from Burger King has to be their Chicken Fingers it may not be crunchy like a fried chicken but it is unique on its on especially when dipped in their best sauce, the Fiery Sauce is hands down the best sauce out of any fast food joints, this food always makes me come back for more, but it is not for everyone duly note that this is truly my opinion and I would say I enjoy Burger King over Mcdonald's, Hardees or even Wendy's.

It’s not available on any delivery platforms however their own delivery service is beyond super poor and unprofessional. I was waiting for my meal for 90 minutes but never arrived. When tried to raise a complaint via their call centre, the agent hang up on me. When I called for the second time, agent was just justifying every mistake happened without even a fake apology for their lack of professionalism, organizing skills and bad management ???????????? very very disappointing

I placed my order (#3776942) at 03 pm which consisted of a veg meal for 2 person and I made the payment online. The expected delivery time showed was 01 hour. And when the order was not delivered after 01hr & 30 mins. I called the customer service. To my surprise they did not even prepare the order. The order was put on hold. They did not have the courtesy to call me and inform me about it. No intimation from the restaurant or from their customer service department. My family stayed hungry all this while waiting for them to deliver.
Absolutely unprofessional and Worst Customer Service.
No empathy at all !!

Multiple of my children have attended wiz-kidz over the past 5 year and I guarantee you will not find a setting more dedicated to your child than here, from that very first day the staff become part of your child’s extended family the time and dedication to each child is impeccable, they are attentive and dedicated to each child’s needs which means they become the very best little people they can be! The resources and experiences they provide are up to date, fun and child centred. The parent/carer communication is commendable, knowing your child is safe and cared for during your time apart. I can’t recommend them enough and if your in any doubt please go and see for yourself!
