Convenient car park for the city centre. Very cool going round and round entering the car park. My son enjoyed that. The parking is really tight and is difficult to get to the door to West Orchards. My son has a walker and we struggled to get to the door. Liked the colour coded doors to remember where you parked. The price wasn’t too bad either.

This is the worst car park I've ever been in. Precarious constant spiral turn upon entry, and then a solid 2-3 hour wait to get out with potentially overheating cars and petrol wasted to hell and back, I've never seen anything like it. Totally puts you off the rest of cov which is actually pretty decent

IMPORTANT exit car park before given time otherwise your car will be remain inside...they open car park next day morning.

On arriving at West orchards car park, being a passenger in the automobile I had a clear view. Amazing experience being in a car park, seeing cars, parked. Then began in what originally was thought, an extraordinary task of parking, found a space, car was parked. Relief.

Good, secure car park but closes in the evenings. The pay machines take cash & card and are on all floors. Avoid parking here during the holiday seasons as it gets too busy and you will be stuck for hours

Loads of parking spaces and under cover too, also gives you direct access to West Orchards shopping centre.

Here is a tip for you all.

Check the exit on the lower car park before leaving. If the barrier is up, don't pay just drive out ????

I dont rate the road surface quality of the up or down ramps. But paying was straight forward and less expensive than I had thought.
