so far I have visited this branch twice and on both occasions ordered take out and received wrong ingredients in the order. I ordered grilled chicken sandwich which suppose to come with brown bread. When I got home and opened the food, NO BROWN BREAD, ONE PIECE OF SLIM TOMATO FEW TINY PIECES OF LETTUCE N LOT OF SAUCE WITH TREBLE PACKING. As X fast food outlet owner I can understand orders volume is low in the first year of operation so NOT all ingredients are available all the time BUT the fact that staff do not inform the customer (so they can make informed decisions) and just wrap up something to close the transaction it is not acceptable. will not visit this branch for foreseeable future till the management train their staff properly about customer service n basic manners.

The worst managed branch in UAE. food isn't fresh, bread breaks from 1st bite. This branch doesn't have many customers and they keep old food to sell the next day
