I am delighted to share my wonderful experience with Step by Step Nursery in Mirdif. As a parent, finding a nurturing and supportive environment for my child's early education was of paramount importance, and I can say without hesitation that this nursery has exceeded my expectations.

Ms. Heba, the teacher, has been exceptional in her dedication and care for the children. Her passion for fostering their growth and development is evident in every interaction. Moreover, the entire staff at the nursery has been exceptional. Their caring and supportive nature has helped my child settle in comfortably and thrive in the nurturing environment.

I would also like to express my gratitude to Ms. Zeina, the nursery manager, for her exceptional support and help with special requests for my son. Ms. Salima, the nurse, was also a great help when we needed assistance with dilating my son's pupils before an appointment with an ophthalmologist.

Since attending this nursery, I have noticed a significant leap in my child's development, and I attribute this to the excellent care and education provided by the staff. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my experience at Step by Step Nursery and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a warm, friendly, and supportive environment for their child's early education.

My personal experience in the 2 terms my son attended:

His teachers and the assistants were all amazing. But that almost about it.

Initially, the first concern we found was the level of cleanliness wasn’t on par with other nurseries that are the same fee. When mentioned, we were promised it would get better but I don’t feel it ever really did. Floors were always dirty, not the normal amount that you’d expect.

There is always a smell of drainage soon as you enter the villa. I assume it’s from the toilets that are directly at the door, but it was a strong smell.

I feel there’s a lack of communication internally amongst staff.

Apparently renovations were done? The villa still feels like it needs more work. Granted I didn’t see it before the renovations, but if I’m comparing to other nurseries (at the same fee), the facilities are a bit old.

Biggest pet peeve, although yes I gave permission for my sons photos to be used for their social media, no one ever informed me that anything was posted when it was. Maybe I’m being picky but it would be nice to know if there’s photos of my child, of which I don’t have, that will be posted for the rest of the world to see. Just as a courtesy, as the parent?

The app used between parents and the school is very glitchy. It was mentioned also but kind of just brushed off.

I have sent my son to other nurseries in the country (Abu Dhabi), for approximately the same amount as this nursery, but with higher standards of all the things I mentioned above. Hence I’m able to make a comparison.

2 stars for the friendly and welcoming staff. All of them were amazing and cared for my son well and yes I was sad to part ways with them, but I do feel the establishment as a whole has work to do and/or should lower their fees.

Omg! This nursery saved me ! Mrs maya and Odeni , they both are literally god sent! High security for kids! An amazing learning institute as well! My son had issues with certain phonetics, he now pronounces everything perfectly. He tells me how much she takes care of them. He went on trips with them.

Our two kids went to Step by Step nursery and I would say that was the best choice we could make. It’s a very special place for little ones to be and grow. The nursery team, absolutely all of them gave our kids so much love, attention, care, so many efforts and just warmth, what little people need so much. Our kids both enjoyed every day spent there and even after finishing the nursery they still remember it and asking to go back.
One place I would definitely recommend and absolutely trust!

I would to thank STEP BY STEP Nursery for taking care of my son. The staff are really professional and expert on dealing with kids. I found this nursery is one of the best compare to others in the area. My daughter will joining same nursery next year. I wish you all the best

Everything about this nursery is beyond wonderful! The staff, the management, the teachers! The way they interact with the kids, the activities they do, their approach is amazing. When you see your child who is attached to you run towards his teacher every single day and look the happiest while arriving to school you know he’s in the right place. ❤️

Amazing nursery, the teachers and atmosphere is so warm and loving. My daughter learns and does so much each day! I have seen a transformation in her, she gets up everyday excited to go to school. Fantastic nursery and curriculum, 5 stars

SBS nursery-mirdif is the place where your little one will grow in a healthy, educational, caring, creative and enjoyable environment. The teachers there are super. They have their way to keep both the parents and the kids engaged with their amazing activities. Moreover, they keep following up on the kid’s development and offering all the tips, help and love to keep the kid and the parent both happy. I would highly recommend this nursery. My 2 years old kid loves this place.
