A rubbish car park where the city council still think cars are still the size of an original 1st generation Mini or a Hillman Imp. Two poxy disabled spaces and two British transport police slots that BTP don't even use. BTP park their fleet round the back of Starbucks coffee and go through the barrier. And our white Toyota Auris 'Hybrid army' taking over the car park entrance and blocking it then taking over the exit by blocking it and ruling the footpath along Blechynden Terrance with an iron fist but thats Southampton taxi's for you. Everything around this whole complex of overline house needs an overhaul. Its out of date, inefficient, under resourced, poorly thought of, designed so badly its beyond belief.
