Great Indian food for reasonable price. I like the dum biriyani. Recommend for anyone looking for Indian food in Dubai mall.

Wow! What an incredible little pub. The food here was absolutely 10/10 we had a bunch of the bar nibbles and every single dish was unreal, service was super friendly and its so reasonably priced!!! go here.

Stumbled across this pub during an Easter break. What a cracking find! Sarah runs the pub with her husband James cooking up the most wonderful meals. We had roast lamb and roast chicken. Good size portions with a decent amount of fresh veg. Excellent selection of wines and all the staff are really friendly. Have to give Reuben, the young waiter a big shout out - he did a great job.

Just popped in today at lunchtime for some bar and kitchen nibbles.
They were superb.
Lovely well kept beers.
Great selection of little bar nibbles and kitchen nibbles.
Really carefully flavoured and seasoned.
Gorgeous little puds and homemade petit fours.
We are lucky enough to have moved to the area and can see this becoming a regular haunt.
I would certainly bring my very foodie friends here to show off the wonderful local produce.
Friendly charming service.

Really friendly and attentive bar staff. The food was superb, a cut above the usual pub grub. The beef wellington and horseradish mash was excellent, as were all the dishes our table ordered. We're definitely coming back!

Would happily eat here again. The staff were really nice and polite. The food was incredible. I had the fillet of beef with chips and mushroom. It was amazing. Currently got a food baby from it. The sticky toffee pudding was gorgeous and very generous.

Once again I would happily eat here again.

Good food and nice people. Lots of little touches like a roll of colouring paper to tear off for the kids. My husbands starter of creamy mozzarella with aubergine frites and pesto hummus was really top notch.

Just got back from Sunday lunch at the Duck and undoubtedly the best meal we have had in a long while. The food was superb with such friendly and efficient service. Sadly we are not local so not sure when we will be back but wholeheartedly recommend!

Don't dare to make any negative comments!

Two of our party have visited a couple of times in the past and been very pleased with the experience, but on this occasion, though the food was nice, we felt that the service was poor, despite the fact that it didn’t appear to be very busy.

For example, having had to go and order a bottle of wine at the bar, we waited some 10 minutes to have it delivered to the table, during which time the waitress was spotted cleaning the coffee machine. We sat at the table at 7 pm and the main courses were delivered at 8:30pm, only after one of our group asked at the bar why we had been waiting so long.

When it came for us to pay the bill, the landlady asked if everything had been OK to which we gently replied that the food was good but the service was not the best. In return, we received something of a tirade, during which she mentioned that she had not been present because she had a French exchange student upstairs and her daughter had gone to Brownies and so on, which to be honest we felt was somewhat irrelevant to the poor service we had received.

Surely any textbook about Customer Service would strongly advise that the last thing that one would do is to argue with a customer, who, at least in their own minds, have received poor service. The advice would be to apologise profusely, but this does not seem to be in the landlady's repertoire. Her parting shot was 'you're obviously not coming here again, so let's get it done' referring to our paying of the bill!
