As resident since it opened back in March, I can only say good things about the building, facilities and the management team. However, recently, and with most new buildings in Downtown, are holiday rentals or short stay apartments, the quality of people coming through the doors is varied which is to be expected. If you’re reading this and you are renting an apartment for the weekend/weekend, treat it as you would your own home and be considerate that there are long term residents who live here.

Brand new building by Emaar with a fantastic view that will probably only get better as nothing tall can be built in front of it. Apartments and facilities are top notch. A rare gem in Dubai downtown.

Rare gem in downtown with most iconic unobstructed panoramic views of burj khalifa and fountain. Their observatory decks also gets unobstructed views of creek.

Had an amazing experience at Burj Royale .The room was great and classy and the view made it even more relaxing. It was the 1 bed room so I had enough space to feel super comfortable. The staff thankfully helped me with all my needs .The best part was that Dubai mall was walking distance whenever i needed anything. Will surely come again on my next business trip.

Good quality build with great management. Podium facilities are top notch with a 20m pool looking at Burj Khalifa. Very pleasant landscaping with lots of frangipani trees with sweet smelling flowers. A real oasis 300m from Dubai Mall.

Best quality finishing in any dubai building thus far. Well planned and way better on the inside than the outside unlike most buildings in this city. Location is 10/10 too. Right across the nicest area of the dubai mall…. Where the restaurants are

Was not able to come inside the hotel because i didn’t made any reservations, this is not a nightclub entrance ! I didn’t know that you need to make a reservation to enter and see the hotel, when 2 days before i was able to take the coffee in the lobby and eat these wonderful pastries of Christophe Devoille.
Really disappointed about the turn that the hotel is managing it !

A lovely tower in its own right but one that confuses me !, There is no information about this buildings history posted nearby and I do not know anything of it

Appears to be a remnant of an older church with only one wall remaining but can't say for sure ! Either way it looks lovely and is a nice novelty
