I specifically requested to make a card payment, got home, and the driver refused to let me leave the car (joker) and then hammered on my door while I phoned the company to make payment. The communication you receive is the response you get. Unable to take a card payment, unable to get paid. Simple, not rocket science. Instead of advising the customer as to what to do, I was provided with abuse instead. Thanks for the enjoyable trip. Would not recommend, contact radio taxis or Ace.

I booked a mini bus several months ago, and from the initial booking to the actual mini bus run, the service was exceptional & I could not fault the service in any way.
I will certainly use them for any requirements in the future, & I would recommend them to anyone looking for either a taxi or a mini bus, as I doubt their service will be beaten.

Excellent Service. The lady on the phone was soo friendly and managed to send out a car after I’d pre paid. Can’t fault the service or the driver who made my girlfriend feel at ease.

Always helpful and polite. With the long running staffing issues the taxi business is suffering A&B are the safest bet.

Elderly Mother-in-law used taxi today. It was filthy inside. So much so she felt she had to change her clothes when she got home. I would have thought that P&K Council would monitor the licence holders?

me and my friend had no way back late and night and they kindly let us in a taxi for free and were really friendly
