Very disappointed. We tried their Orange, pomegranate and Chickoo juice. Could not finish any of it although it was a small glass. Orange was very sour and more than half the glass was filled with Ice. Pomegranate Juice has perhaps only 20% Pomegranate juice in it, rest was sugar syrup and Ice. Chikoo juice had perhaps 10 spoon sugar and lots of ice in it. Only their Tea was good, hence one star for it.

Staff behave like they are paying for our food.

We have to wait so long. They just sit at shop because they are lazy. And when asked they are talking in such bad attitude.

Are they working for free? No salary given?

Great place for karak tea. They serve in your car. Tried out the PUBG sandwich and loved it ( Its made with Parotta with a filling of Chicken, cheetos, dynamite sauce and cheese) all made a perfect combo for a price of 8 Aed and Karak Tea at 1 Aed

DO NOT VISIT THIS CAFETERIA

Terrible experience, they messed up our order. We ordered a snickers milkshake (repeated the order 4 times) and despite this they gave a London cake instead. When we called and complained the manager told us to come back next day and he would give the snicker milkshake that should have been in the order. When we went the next day they refused to give the milkshake unless I paid for it despite the fact that THEY messed up the order and it was THEIR mistake. They demanded that we give them the London cake back if I wanted the milkshake. The London cake which I had taken a bite out of and might I add was horrible. Guess they planned on reusing it and selling it to another customer.

Overall terrible experience, incompetent and rude stuff who were not helpful at all. At least hire people who are capable of taking orders correctly and able to resolve issues. This place is low quality when it comes to both food and customer service.

I recently placed a very large order for a group lunch from this cafeteria since they were the only ones who would make it that fast

They got the order right ????????
it was done under an hour ⏰
and it tasted great with their flask chai ☕️

however sometimes during rush hour i come here to eat and they do mess up the orders sometimes and the chai seems watery
