Nice and considerate staff. Love the fresh food they bake there. Especially a fan of their Chicken Tikka Rolls, its been my go to meal since I came to Dubai over 15 years ago!
Thankyou for your service!

Staff is very rude. If mistakes made just say sorry rather than arguing and blaming the customer.

I was in Edinburgh visiting family for a day, stayed overnight at the Hotel Ibis Budget.
I had to make use of the Tram twice. Leaving Edinburgh yesterday from the Ibis hotel... at 05:30am, the Stop was The Gyle Centre, right opposite the hotel. Alighted from St Andrew Square and walked to Edinburgh Waverley Station to catch my train.
I had a problem with the ticket machine before boarding, the kind conductor then proceeded to sell me a ticket, so I got on.. his machine malfunctioned and would not print me a ticket either, LOL.
The journey was smooth and fuss-free, good value for money because each journey /ride is a flat £1.80. I love Edinburgh more and will visit more often. Transport system is ace.

This is such a fantastic way to park and use the tram to get into Edinburgh. I usually buy a single return and park at Ingelston Park & Drive then catch the tram in. It is quick and simple plus there is place for bikes, prams and wheelchairs or scooters.

More poorly designed and over priced transport infrastructure.
1. The ticket price is the same regardless of which stop you go to. I think this makes sense where the price is not ridiculous. In comparable, modern European cities, you could get a ticket for the entire day across the whole network.
2. Lack of integration. You cannot but a ticket that incorporates onward rail travel. Pathetic. It's easy to implement.
3. Luggage space is not convenient. The racks are difficult to fit heavy luggage on.
4. Easy to get to from airport! But difficult to see any signage about departure times.
5. At least there is a tram into the City that is better than a diesel bus. Glasgow is still in the stone age.

Amazing service. Much prefer the tram for my travels arrangements into town. My only grumble is driver not waiting .2 seconds late at night when its obvious I'm there for the tram.

Edinburgh are definitely on the right track when it comes to trams ???? plenty of space, punctual, enjoyable experience. Loses a star due to paper ticket - can we look into tap in and tap out?

First time on the tram will never go on them again didn't think I would need a ticket was told it was £1,89 but because I didn't buy one before I got on the charge £10 after all the tax payers money spent on building them total RIP off

Poor service. You must purchase tickets before you get on the tram but lots of stops only have one ticket machine. If there’s a queue or someone taking a long time you miss the tram. Seating and use of space on the trams is also terrible.
