Wed 29, 5:20/ 5:25pm ….No one attending the car wash (the machine) for 10 minutes. I honk, try to call the attention the best way I could with nobody coming to do the service. I had to go out and call for someone, and a guy arrived with the worst attitude. Worst service

It's a very good ???????? spacious gas station, with all you need, fuel, diesel ⛽ car wash, coffee ☕ shop and Burger ???? King ???? etc

Emarat Oil services and car wash provides good service. Burger King is also here while waiting to finish your car service.

DECEMBER 31,2022 9:40am I called and raise out my complain on phone and spoke one of supervisor he was pickup a call but the way he approache me look like a Arugant I keep explaining my side but he is not listening and saddenly he drop the call even do it still talking and explaining, twice I called same things he did !!! TELL ME THIS IS THE WAY YOUR SUPERVISOR HANDLE THE COMPLAIN AND TREAT A CUSTOMER FROM YOUR BRANCH !!! Not recommended branch poor service and un professional service!!!!! Please make action and don’t keep this kind of super visor your company will get trouble from him!!!! I’m regular customer I’ve been a year then first experience ever !!!!????????????????

Worst service ever, some workers are scamming people into paying services that they do not need. Not all cars are treated equally, some are being well attended while others are poorly serviced. Avoid by all means

The Petrol attendants are just on their phones and not paying attention. The service here is horrible. At 1:12pm today there were so many pumps open when I arrived. I waited for almost 5 minutes then had to honk because the attendants were on their phones just chatting with each other. After they started I had to honk again because they went back to just hanging with each other. Very unprofessional petro station.

The petrol station attendant asked me if i wanted tank cleaner along with my petrol. I said NO! He proceeded to put in it anyway. TWO of them. I drive a small Suzuki never had I needed two. I started arguing with him but he said he already put them and if I don’t pay he has to. So I paid. STOP SCAMMING PEOPLE. I regret paying now but I was being too nice! Will never use Emarat again.
