The food was delicious, my comment tho is that the bread basket does not come with butter, ad the cannelloni was too small of a portion. Other than that the food is worth trying???? the service is exceptional and waiter are so friendly and helpful. The manager also came to check that everything

One of my favourite chain cafeteria in the city. I love the coffee and even though im not big fan of dates - the ones from Bateel are so delicious!
The service here is very friendly, but for my taste too attentive. Being approached, three times by different waiter is something, I dont like and they might work on. And place is too loud for some reason without being full.

The best date and pecan bread in town! Serving and prices is completely worth it. Staffs are also very accommodating and friendly. A must try place!

I love the Café Bateel company, all of their cafés are great with tasty and wonderful dishes.

The ingredients are fresh and wonderfully presented.

You have to try their fig salad, burrata and dates!

My favourite dates in Dubai of all times.

Everytime I place order from bateel DIFC they never bother to follow instructions, I clearly wrote don’t send me dry pasta I want with a lot of sauce they keep sending dry all the time I don’t have time to call & complain today I did they said they will send another one after 2 hours I called customer care CLINTON, who says he’s the manager was talking with a horrible attitude yes what u want, and I spoke with a manager she said they followed the instructions if u don’t like why u order from us no need etc, I told him are u sure ur the manager ur junior is more professional and has more etiquette how to speak ur not the owner of the restaurant to tell me from where to order this is uae u should respect people he kept yelling i hang up the call.

Exceptional menu and options. I appreciate the salad variety they have.

Why did I give it a 3 star? Service was horrendous!!! Servers would not come even once to ask if anything was needed... I'd have to not only try to make eye contact with a server but also called them out and still was ignored! BTW the place wasn't even busy... I would say 30-40% full at the time I was there.

Second - and this one's big... Their olive oil and balsamic vinaigrette were EXPIRED.... THAT'S RIGHT! OK I get it, 1. Vinaigrette and oilive oil don't expire but nevertheless, the bottles had expiry dates on them - see pics I've posted.

Missing menu items, waiters do not remember order and you need to remind them what exactly you order. Regularly deliver wrong orders. Annoying service - 3 times come to ask if everything OK. I would recommend to serve clients better rather than ask for feedback so often

Flat coffee and strange tasting pasta. May be we came when they are about closing.
