Absolutely amazing, the best decision I’ve took this year is subscribe with DeliCut, the food is very tasty and healthy, I’ve been able to commit to my diet and calorie count after years of struggling, I’m losing weight now because I’m depending on the meals they send me and not giving me a window to order anything as food is already in the fridge, they’re VERY affordable and never late in delivery, every morning I have the meals for 2 days, the menus are so good (can be a bit more international but great overall).

Thank you for saving me SO MUCH time and money to build healthier habits

This is the worst customer support and management team i have ever dealt with
Your website is mispromising , and mis advertising
Your customer support team is unhelpful and unsupportive and doesn’t respond to chat or calls
I agreed on terms and conditions for per meal below 500 Kcal and this is not what i have paid for
You didn't deliver what i requested , your team keeps giving excuses and running around not answering and promising with call backs but all of that is just misleading
You are the worst service ever and i will make sure everyone knows that.
I was promised with follow up from jennifer yesterday but as usual it was false promise no call back or follow up happen i have to keep running after you.

I need a full refund and a compensation for what have you done to me affecting my health and wasting my time and wasting my money
Your company is not trust worthy and you dont have even an experience of after sales

I have already filed an official complain with Dubai consumer rights.

I have read all your terms and conditions and non of them state you have the right to deliver meals with Kcal above what i have requested.

You broke the contract own your mistakes.

Waiting for the call back i was promised with knowing that you don’t have the experience and professionalism of keeping your promise

To anyone considering Delicut, Please read carefully, as this brand is alarming to your health!

Although the marketing looks really good, and website seems user-friendly and the quality of food is good. Don't rush to conclusion and I tried for 1 week, 5 days a week and this is my experience: Dated lastly August 3rd, 2023.

First Incident: They have a dish called "Coconut Sago Mango Bowl", although super delicious the nutritional facts were concerning, I had a conversation with one of their customer service representative and she mentioned its wrong as the website is new so its not reflecting. So basically my trust with your facts is diminished, coming from a knowledgeable background in nutrition and I'm concerned already but that didn't stop me from continuing.

Second Incident: The website looks user-friendly but mostly the meal changes per day functionalities don't work and lag, so whatever you try on doing does not reflect. Although customer service are nice and professional, the basis of your brand isn't.

Finally, the Cherry on top and most important part!:

I had mentioned on my dislikes aka allergies what I don't want, one of which is Broccoli. Apparently it's useless to do so as what they said, they do all their food in bulk so IF you have allergies, they disregard it and send you the food anyways containing which you don't want.

Although they say, you can choose from the options of which they don't have your allergy ingredients, BUT HOW can I do so, when your website doesn't work? I tried doing so but you send me Broccoli and disregarded me. If I had eaten this, I would've ended in the hospital.

I see you have potential but not today. You brand is dangerous and I don't want anyone to experience this.

Wow! I just did the 5 day trial to determine if I would like the service and this company exceeded my expectations! The absolute convenience of having fresh meals after a busy day has been a lifesaver. I am able to control my calories and eat healthier meals which was my overall goal. I recommend this service for their price, quality of meals, and meal options. My only negative is with delivery times. Otherwise amazing meal service.

I have used Delicut meal plans for nearly a year now and absolutely love their service. The food is prepared fresh and they offer an excellent weekly menu with great variation. The protein options are strong for vegetarians.

I genuinely can’t imagine life without Delicut now - it’s a massive help to have fresh, delicious and healthy food ready instantly and the meals work really well with my exercise/gym routine. We especially like that each meal details the calories and macros.

An affordable plan for anyone looking to save time on cooking and still eat healthily.

Food is delicious and well ice-cooled maintened. I had an issue with a delivery one day, it was not their fault, not mine and not the delivery company either, but they called me few times to get the issue fixed, they informed that food couldn't be delivered in the same day for logistics reasos, I completely understood and they offered me to deliver in the next day, together with my other order. It came perfectly in my new location. So far I am very happy with my purchase. I got it for a week only because I'm going to travel, but surely I will sign up with them when I come back. Thank you guys for your great work.
