Mr Gerald and Mr Dipesh service was more than amazing and very friendly.

I love the ambience. It's a wonderful outlet for a solo trip to chill out over a snack and a coffee (or non-coffee drink) and read a book; or get some work done. It's also a great place to catch up with friends over a bite.

Poor staff management. I bought a mango chia and it’s taste was very acidic, so I mentioned to the staff the product is not eatable, they keep insisting it’s today’s product until they tasted it, both of them realized the taste was not good but still insisted the product is fine. You could clearly see the fermentation of the dairy and the bad smell that comes out of it. This will be reported to Dubai Municipality for quality control.

I'm not generally a fan of drinking coffee at NERO, but this time the coffee was delicious, and I believe it was only available in December. The service was wonderful and the staff was extremely polite, but I will return to the same café with my friends.

Very nice tasting coffee, but the cake ( honey cake) was not impressive, a bit dry. Fast delivery

Team leader(manager) Rude, customer service 0.
Behaviour towards customers with attitude and lack of knowledge.
The one who put such a person on such a position probably looking for a low service providing to the customers.

Typical coffee shop on the Motor City retail strip, and an alternative to Starbucks, that serves a variety of coffees, slushies and sandwiches. Pretty comfy, relaxed, place with great service that has had me make this my go-to place for coffee and snacks. Oh, and they have free WiFi.

I have been regular customer since 2011 and recently the Coffee Quality become very bad and not tasty. check your barista.
