Very convenient, super easy (go into the parking, cross the atm lobby(it will be on ur left), cross mmi (its to your right), and you're there, way better then waiting for drivers to show up between 9-5 and give me original ID etc...

I WOULD PUT -5 STARS.
DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES.
Completely dissatisfied, disappointed and annoyed with lack of responsibility for their services. First of all, the call center is in Jordan. Second, they have such a backlog, that delivery guys don't have notification of the places of collection so those who wait for a courier ro come from 8 till 5 - do your work and wait them after 7.30.
Unfortunately, MOFA has the only option of a delivery company. If you have ANY possibility to walk in and DO NOT SEND your documents via ARAMEX - do it 100%

Pickup at this location was super easy. The WhatsApp service asked my actual address that implied it would be delivered to my house though. Thankfully not too far away.

EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND SENDING ANYTHING TO THIS COURIER. You have no one to contact to, even if you complain, there is no point of speaking to them as they can't resolve any issues.

Best thing Aramex did is to provide us with this service.
Lockers are pure gold, if you like ordering things online like I do this locker will make sure you would be able to pick up your parcel whenever you want it and not waiting for courier.
Working 24/7 every day of the week.
Just amazing

Very slow delivery system, msg service is not accurate, you can't choose your location easily on map, when you call them to track your delivery no on answer accept the machine which keeps hanging without knowing where or when will you get your shipment!! Very unexpected poor service for an aged company!! ????

Aramex became one of the worst delivery company the customer service very bad their answers even are not matched what you see in the application so you dont know wether to believe them or the application:D plus their excuse is always same ‘no answering’ you didnt call people which answer you are keep telling me :D

Location is not easy to find (inside the parking) but it’s very convenient to have a locker close to the Arabian ranches community
