Service is always friendly in Cafe Nero Dubai Mall and its best to go earlier in the morning. The food (sandwiches) was fresh, and the coffee was lovely. The mall gets very busy from 11:00 daily, and it also gets noisy, as the cafe is situated next to the ice rink. Nonetheless, early mornings are great before you hit the shops :)
