The Galerie Lafayette restaurant is a hidden gem in dubai (shouldn’t be telling you this) every time I come the food has always been delicious. This is one of those restaurants where you cannot make a mistake whatever you order. It’s hardly ever full and the atmosphere is pleasant. The waiters are always attentive and knowledgeable. I recommend Thai green curry.

Great place to have lunch or take a coffee. Many options to choose from. We ordered from the bakery, a beetroot coffee and a peanana smoothie and both were good. Service was a a little bit chaotic but the waiter was nice. Normal prices for Dubai.

As food lover I visited to this restaurant multiple times, but this time service made me to write this review . Always staff are friendly and their dishes just amazing, fresh, tasty and presents in a proper way. This time I wanted to try soup and thanks to Mr Shalin for his recommendation (Prawn Laksa) , food was amazing and as it is as he described. Restaurant is located in Dubai Mall, on the 2nd floor of Galeries Lafayette. It’s good to visit here as most of restaurants in Dubai Mall are full of noice, here atmosphere is very nice

Instagram: @makram.radwan, I passed by for coffee, the place is nice and spacious, service is average and the coffee was not the real French press I was expecting. Usually single origin coffee beans are mostly recommended for French press.

The manager and Bessy are so attentive & caring. It is one of our favorite places and always so pleased to visit.

Popped in for lunch while passing through Bow village.
Very friendly staff, very welcoming as soon as we stepped in.
Food was lovely and all homemade. I had a Cheese Burger and my wife had Lasagne. We can recommend both. Portions are plentiful.
Very interesting bits and bobs and period features in the 16th century pub.

We would certainly recommend it and will definitely return when next in the area.

Lovely little pub with great pub food. Landlord and landlady made us feel very welcome and coped really well as we were a large unexpected, hungry bunch of tourists. The garden looks like it would be nice in the summer

An excellent local selling good real ales and lovely good value food. Stone flag floor and open fire with lots of pub memorabilia adorning the walls.

Lovely pub! Great cheap food and very friendly landlord/lady, really cosy pub with pool table, darts and tv, the food we had was great, we got a homemade streak and ale pie and it was lovely and HUGE, loved looking at all the historic photos on the walls aswell, we will deffo be back!

Booked a table for our first night staying in the area as reviews said good things. Landlord was extremely helpful and friendly. The menu focused on “homemade” but I wouldn’t say anything was homemade. Very salty and extremely average at best. My husband who owns a pizza business was extremely disappointed by the tesco style pizza that was served. Drinks were good, but the pooing dogs next to our table in the garden took it away. Sadly won’t be giving it a second go. Could be a great pub with better quality food.

Fantastic hospitality from the landlord and landlady. The food is first class, freshly cooked with 'proper' portions. Great value for money and well worth a visit.
