A nicely laid out Nero with a good amount of seating including booths, lounges, sofas and table/chairs - great for a quiet and casual coffee, catching up with friends or business meetings.

Coffee quality can vary depending on the barista, and the food selection is a little more extensive than some of the other Nero cafes including some additional hot cafe items for lunch and a wider selection of pastries and snacks.

Service is mixed, with some friendly staff but of late there have been some not so friendly and at times a simple request can be met with resistance and/or attitude.

Very good coffee , you can spend the whole day with a nice classic music , also Drinks and sweets are delicious. You cannot study because of the music and machines voices .

Visited twice last week at almasa tower in JLT and had toasted sandwiches ???? on both visits.
It was very bad and not like before.
I also had the apple date cake and could hardly swallow my first bite and had to leave it.
Then I took my all time favourite walnut date cake and was just edible. Definitely not like before.

The coffee remain as good as it has always been. I hope it stays like that.
The staff is always very friendly. O admire their selection criteria.

Some of the best coffee you can have in Dubai.
A bright and energetic place, usually people come here for their breakfast and lunch between work.
Try their carrot cake, muffins & of course coffee.
It really gets busy during lunch time.
Use entertainer voucher for their buy one get one free.

I liked the cafe. It is close to water with the view. I ordered extra hot coffee which wasn't that much hot. I liked their pastry and bread. Staff are lovely and very polite. I will go there again for sure and I would try their pastries. Also they didn't charge us for soya milk which normally we pay 6aed in other cafes.
