Family friendly community, gym, pool and kids park with BBQ available. There is extra parking for visitors. Very clean and green. Houses are a bit small and the layout of downstairs could be much better as well as there is little space at the entrance and living room is quite small.

Absolutely hideous kitchen layout and design! I'd never Invest in a Townhouse with this Kitchen. I was looking to buy one or rent it out but decided not to. I simply cannot see how a family can function in such a badly designed kitchen & living space. While I love the Open plan concept, this one is definitely a no no. People need to stop buying and renting these horrible designs otherwise these contractors, who only think about profit and not functionality will keep building them. And Emmar is supposed to be one of the best in Dubai????!!!!

Very good impression. As the concept is the same like Camelia 1 you may mix those two. Looks like not all the townhouses are occupied but all the infrastructure and garedening is there.

Bought a corner 4 bedroom and loving everything about it. The community is very quiet.

Sizes of the townhouse are very small as prices are very high, quality of townhouse and community is good.

Great food and value was good, the bar got my wine wrong sized but topped it up when I asked and was nice resolving issues. A couple of food options were not available on the day but we were okay with other options. Good experience.

We were greeted when we arrived. The staff were polite. I recommend that if you want a dog friendly place try Sutton Park Hotel. I was extremely happy with the food, service, and the price. Thank Sutton Park Hotel I becoming back soon.

Food is decent enough bar staff and manager absolutely brilliant polite & courteous whilst able to have banter with good sense of humour will defo use again and would recommend. Only downside especially on a nice day is not quite enough outdoor seating on the plus side you can take your ???? & there welcomed with open arms all around a GREAT LITTLE PUB

I really waa looking forward to a steak but there was an issue with a supplier so instead I had fish and chips and omg what a good choice top marks highly recommended ????

We arrived on time, the app to order at table only allowed you to order alcholic drinks, ordered food and got drinks at bar. Took a long time for food to come, children were getting agitated. Steak was very tuff with lots of grizzle. ordered desserts, they took ages, had to eat quickly, as they needed our table back, took 2 hours to get 2 courses ordered by the app, very long wait for food

Visited the pub for lunch with my mother who has been very unwell of late and wanted to treat her to something she enjoys. She often will get the bus and order the small plate fish and chips. She's been going on about it for months now and sadly due to her health she's not been eating very well. Thankfully her appetite is back and boy did the fish and chips live up to her tales. We got to the pub and was served by Charlotte. She was extremely helpful polite and courteous. I mentioned that mum said the fish was slightly greasy the last time she had it. She said she would speak to the chef (Jamie). She did and the both meals.....small fish and ultimate plate fish was absolutely spot on. Perfect thin fresh and crispy.......we really enjoyed our food and our visit to the pub. Some aspects of the pub need work in terms of presentation. Light bulb casings out in the car park were all smashed up and missing and some aspects of the interior was dated and in need of some tlc. You need to keep original features and be sure to upgrade things like wall paper....tiling etc etc. Hopefully this will help Charlotte secure a refurb. I would definitely recommend this pub for the service and fish and chips. Looking forward to coming back monthly with mum for the food and service.x
