Arabian Ranches 2 is an awesome looking living community.

Houses and parks are well maintained and all the necessary facilities are present: Ranches Souk, nursery and school, leisure centre and outdoor activity areas and more...

Love the only one security entrance approach and convenient ring road.

Surprisingly not fully developed yet and still building going on (Feb 21).

Definitely a bit of the higher premium price range to live in the dessert!

Nice site for those looking for villas, friendly environment for kids, have several parks, pools, tennis courts, football fields, and we also have carrefour market

Visited The King's Arms with work colleagues on 14/06/23. Very impressed with the service and quality of the food we ordered. The mixed grill was freshly prepared and with a good variety of meat. The mains dishes were all equally tasty. Thoroughly recommended place for food, drink & friendly staff. Will definitely visit again. Keep up the good work.

I went last weekend with some friends and had an awesome time.

The gentleman behind the bar was very welcoming.

Drinks selection is really good includes Red Stripe and Kingfisher on tap.

When it came to food. I was very impressed.

They have an Indian food menu

I eat vegan and when this was explained, the chef was very helpful and made me something off the menu including a very hearty and tasty daal with tandoori roti.

My friends who eat gluten free also seemed to really enjoy their food

I normally take my time taking pictures but I was so hungry when my food came I just took quick shots and ate away.

Place has a really nice atmosphere with very friendly and helpful staff and nice cold drinks. There's a decent amount of parking infront of the pub.

The place is a great location, not far from Sutton Town Centre.

Will definitely come back here again

My friend and I went to the Kings Arms for food, and it did not disappoint. The wings were beautifully cooked and fell off the bone. The curries were the right level of spice. There were 2 special sauces made by the resident chef, which we really love. I don't drink, so I had the mocktails, which were fantastic. I will definitely be going again. The atmosphere was really friendly and very, very inclusive.????

Very relaxed atmosphere
Fantastic service from the staff. delicious food, warm welcome, and child friendly.
Will defiantly go back; delicious big starters and the mains were also delicious.
Great value for money. thank you to you all. beautiful pub and restaurant.

Lovely pub, food was excellent, service was just as good and the general atmosphere was really nice. Went as two families with kids, food served quickly and overall a really nice place for an Indian mixed grill and a few beers. Will be coming back again soon

New management, we have been here several times.
Lovely staff and atmosphere.
Tried a few things off the menus and I have to say the food is unreal.

We Will definitely be back and highly recommend!
