Called and was told 10 minutes wait which I reluctantly agreed to. After waiting 20 the taxi showed up with another passenger in and I was TOLD not asked if it's ok. Told that this boy was getting dropped on the way. If hed said I'll be 20 minutes and I have to drop someone else ice had said leave it. He then took and hour and a half to get to Glasgow and dropped me about a mile away from where I was going and had the CHEEK to charge me £50 for it acting like it's a discount.

Booked a taxi 2 hours in advance just for it not to show up, tried calling to see what the story was and kept going straight to voicemail. This is the 2nd time this has happened, will never use again !
