One of the barbers ruined my hair. I specifically asked for curly and to trim it a little. He basically removed all my hair. Not only but it was all uneven. And he uses a air dryer and a brush when again i asked for curly. You have no idea how angry I was. Do not recommend.

Visited the salon in Remraam. Terrible experience with the payments. On my first visit, I believe the owner is the cashier, told me that the credit card machine is not working. Even on my second visit, the credit card machine was not working. It's just an excuse. Never again. This is how the business loses its customers.

Awful experience once again. 70 dhs down the drain for a poor haircut overall. The barbers are rude and think no end of themselves. I ask the barber to cut my hair a bit shorter today after he was almost finished, and he cursed me in Arabic and proceeded to completely screw up my hair. My advice is to not visit caractere at all as it's too expensive for the poor service and quality of haircut.

I called one hour ago to the number that is on google, they told me to come without appointment and when I reach here they’re telling me the hairdresser is off today, worst service ever!!!

I have been staying in mc for the past 3 years. Want just to advise everyone : do not even think to move here any more ! Very rude , unprofessional security, impolite , aggressive , can easily raise their voice and horrible attitude ! If you wanna feel safe never rent here !!!
