Best Coffee experience. Staff is good and friendly. They suggest also whoch coffee to try. Location is also good. Coffee is amazing.

We ordered hot chocolate, Almond Croissants and Chocolate Croissants. Both Croissants were hard after asking them to warm it up.
Hot chocolate was not sweet. I was like sugar was removed from it.

Ordered chai latte and bought beans. Always full but you can find few seats earlier of the day.

excellent customer service experience. The barista was friendly and helpful, offering suggestions for drinks and answering all of my questions. The coffee was delicious and the atmosphere was cozy and inviting. I would definitely recommend this coffee shop to anyone looking for a great cup of coffee and excellent customer service.

Coffee was nice and served very fast
There was only one staff member, personally think the lady could have been abit more better with her customer care skills other than that cannot complain.

I am a regular costumer of caribou and me and my friends having coffee from caribou butjman one philipino short lady staff from your caribou coffee shop baheved very rude and raised voice unnecessarily. It was very insulting and not good manner to Serve the customer. Hope you people will take the necessary action for this . This was not the first time . Many times had same incidents.

this is my first visit to this branch but my experience was very bad. I came to their shop and there weren't many people but there were Arabic locals hanging out in their shop. my Pakistani acquaintances came and sat down after 2 minutes the female staff from the counter waved and asked what we ordered. I said later give me some time. after 5 minutes, the male staff name ANTON came in front of me with the menu, asked me if he could take my order. I said, okay, I'll just go to the counter and order, give me some time. The staff ANTON said: Sir, its not allowed to sit here more than 5 minutes without any order. this is for caribou customers only. I said where is the policy that says 5 minutes must be ordered when there is nothing like that and I am a regular customer of caribou? His answer was that he was the policy and that he was the manager there. the way he talked to us is very rude he was even in front of other customers who heard and saw what he did. I repeated to him to give me sometime and I will order in the counter. he showed an action that was not good and he insisted that I need order and he was arguing with me in front of my friends and in front of other customers as if I was a criminal or a rag who couldn't buy their coffee. We had a bad experience in this place. if I'm locals or arabic or WHITE even if I don't buy from them they won't bother me. just because he saw that the only pakistani with me was sitting in their shop, he showed bad behavior, it was obvious to him that he underestimated my companions and me. it's disappointing. I will never go back to Caribou burjuman or maybe I won't go to any of their branches and tell my connections not to patronising your brand because you treat customers badly. I can see how racist you are. It's sad that you taught your employees that way.

Am a regular customer of caribou since 7 years and am diamond customer of COFE application. Am facing very bad behavior from one Philipino lady staff which is very short. She behave very rude and badly. This is not at all acceptable. (Burjuman mall branch)
