Just a small note if you're planning to use discount cards - Esaad, and other special promotions are not applicable on the breakfast meals. The staff said promotions are not applicable to all breakfast items though it is mentioned on the menu page for Set Breakfast only.

But the service needs a major overhaul, particularly our server's communication skills. When I asked what was the size of the beverage we wanted to order, his response was "Yes".
Maybe the miscommunication was the reason why my eggs Florentine were overdone - the yolks were medium when I asked them to be soft (runny).
We received some complimentary bread (not warm) and a green spread which tasted of mint and coriander. We thought that the flavor is more suitable for steak rather than bread.
Hoping for a sweet ending, we had a mogador single-serve cake - it's okay but overpriced (US$ 7.50) for the small size and quality.
There was also a customer (elderly gentleman) in the next table who kept sneezing which made us uncomfortable and the meal even less enjoyable. Shakespeare's quote "Unquiet meals make ill digestions" (The Comedy of Errors) is certainly true...
