I absolutely love the Turtle Mocha and Campfire Mocha - one of the best and most refreshing drinks ever! Their Oreo Cheesecake is out of this world, their Lotta Carrot Cake is decent but their Red Velvet Cupcake isn't that great! The mall doesn't have anything that I'd go out of my way to visit, but Caribou saves the day when I'm in the area!

Very bad quality. My wife and I, did not finish our food or coffee. Both tasted bad and my croissant was as fresh as a dead fish. One of those experiences that remind you why popular coffee shop chains are the safest bet as opposed to those small timers.

A poor experience.

The wraps we had were as dry and tasteless as they could be - that they ask you for money in exchange for this is astonishing. I'd question exactly how fresh this wrap was to be honest.....

The iced coffee was destroyed by the sheer amount of ice put in.

No real skill, no interest, and no quality.

Choose somewhere else, to be honest

Food is horrible!!!
I usually not put bad comments, but unfortunately food is not delicious at all , I believe they changed supplier of the food to a cheaper option
However staff is friendly and nice
Coffee is ok

I first time visit this carribou branch and order latte with skim milk. Coffe taste so bad. I demand to change and they changed but taste was same. Coffee definitely not fresh and taste is so bad. I don't recommend this branch.

Recently redecorated Caribou time square feels good. As always great coffee, nice atmosphere, super friendly staff. I do prefer it over the other commercial coffee outlets. I work here quite often.

This is the 2nd time that I asked for a latte and received a watered down blend of (alleged) coffee. The baristas here need up-skilling. I’ve had much better lattes at other Caribou cafes in Dubai. #betterlattes
