My wife has been a loyal customer and bought a lot of maternity gear from Mums & Bumps. The quality at first feels good and comfortable but some items wear and break quite soon after being worn.

If you need to exchange anything, try bypass the staff and get in contact with the owners, they are a lot more helpful and are the right people to help with fixing any problems.

All in all the shop does a lot of great stuff for pregnant women and my wife said she will shop there again pending on the customer services.

I ve just bought one maternity legging ,i wear it only once, less than one hour , I bought only two days ago and the material loosen,the tight leggings started to fall down and it is not tight anymore.
i called the shop and i spoke to the lady who sell me the leggings,after explaining what happened and she talked to the store manager, she called me back saying they can’t exchange it bec i ve removed the tag !!!!

Regardless the bad material they r selling and the over priced clothes,am wondering what will happen after 3 months to whatever items they sell or even after washing them.

if u cant owner ur products then dont sell it, am taking these up to the consumer rights n their we will see the tag thing vs material that u sell !!

Worst customer service ever. They sold the torn piece and refused to exchange the item which was purchased less than 24 hrs ago.

The girls at the store contacted the manager and he refused to talk to us. In the end, they tried to blame us for the damage in the sealed pack. Definitely not how a pregnant woman should be treated.

We had to leave the damaged piece and money and come out of the store with lot of anger and disgust.

They could stitch it up and probably use it wipe their filth.

strangely had a bad buy from here and they are refusing to exchange or refund ,black trouser which was worn just for 3-4 hours started to show yellow threading from with the cloth which looks horrible.
