Incompetent
Worst customer service
Unprofessional
They dont answer phone calls
They dont care on delivery requests
They dont switch on their whatsapp as point of delivery
They will deliver not fresh products unless you will POINT OUT what you required to be freshly made (like bread)
Less variety
FYI, i have complained this branch to main office but still their system in this branch is HORRIBLE!

The previous staff was very friendly with a good service , now the service is very bad plus on that there’s no delivery post 6pm , I went to the branch and i call the same number the phone was ringing but no one to answer .

We have good experience also loving and caring staff and buy everything fresh but some time flavor milk not found

Peaceful purchase.. That is my offer.. At a time 2-3 costumers only..there is a Docib pharmacy also,nice peaceful place with a pharmacist with no customers..????

Produce was a bit old and frozen foods choices were limited, but still a good place for a quick buy for dinner.

Hospitality from the staff is at the peak.Freshness of the product and quick deliveries always encourage me to do my shoppings with them
