not realy good place for massage. no customer service skills at all. very poor communication. massage was terrible. I don't recommend this place .

Reception lady very rude not replying properly and her response late if you want to book an appointment she will ignore your Massge’s you need to change the reception lady

I have visited the spa today with my friend since they opened in the same building I live, the lady who did to me was actually very good in massage friendly as well, I think her name is plexi something like that I don’t remember her exact name. But I have some comments for the spa since they are still new here. First the beds are not comfortable at all there is no place to put your head in the middle which is not good for the neck. The toilet smell bad its not clean also the entrance between the rooms smell bad as well. The ladies don’t wear a masks all the time. As per my friend the lady that did for her wasn’t professional and used to do the massage very soft all the time although my friend was telling her to do it more stronger, there was a garlic smell coming from her mouth and she is not wearing a mask, then my friend decided to leave before the hour finished.
