If shopping midnight you need to wait 15-20 mins for the cashier to come. And the best part, self check out is not working. And the casier needs to work on his attitude.

Poor customer handling skills came to buy snacks philipino girl she said she is manager directly denied no change and took snacks from me it was for my kid waiting in the car refused to give stating they dont have change

This place is just perfect for everyday grocery , fresh vegetables and fruits. You can sit inside for food or bakery items . For smoking u can use outdoor sitting with a nice view.

Late night shift are ensuring delivering the worst customer services I ever witnessed in my 18 years in dubai.

I have several conflicts to the same lady who attend the late shift as I live in the same building. She is rude and ignoring clients.

15th of May 2022 around 12:05 am. The self service counter was closed and both cashiers went to the back area without any explanation for more than 15 min while all customers are waiting and many of the customers left unhappy including myself.

Also they don’t exchange at night shift which any small grocery do in less than a min.

Your late shift employee (female) has a serious issue and must be sorted out if you care about your customers
