Seriously very disappointing....like so so so bad merchandising. I felt I came to day to day or to some china town. All messed up. Can't find anything. All items located anywhere around. During changing of merchandise the guys dropped food item on the floor and didn't even pick it up. The baby section next to the dogs food. For real?? I won't mention rude cashiers even. I love Carrefour. But this one got a real problems.

Nice supermarket near Marina. The best price for this place.
Highly recommend to use Share Member Carrefour application for get special offers and accumulate bonuses.

It was great! It offers a great variety of budget friendly groceries. Price is somewhat higher than viva supermarket but they have slightly better quality and options to choose from. Most carrefour branches are very accessible because they can be found everywhere. One thing I'd like to see more is the East Asian grocery options at the supermarket. It'd be nice.

(Carrefour Silveren Tower Dubai marina)

Very bad service this days, I understand they are upgrading the facilities, but should have someone to at least assist customers to get what they want, i have been shopping there since 2014 but lately the service is terrible even when you are asking staffs to assist you no one listens to you. I think I’ll have to stop going there for shopping from today.

some of the staff are either amazing approachable or down right rude. went to sushi bar one of male sushi bar staff was literally breathing down my neck watching you, i prefer self check out anytime of the day, staff was walking around me as if im gonna run away with the items in my hand, i got no bags with me at all.

i really dont mind if they feel more secure to stare me down for security reasons, but do their part, sushi came with no soy. self check out machine ran out of receipt paper rolls. i was greeted with negative attitude, as if i broke the machine. do your job check your machine frequently before taking out your attitude.
i felt like i was doing them a favor shopping there.
i live in silverene for 4 years and shopped here enough times.

Looks terribly neglected. Dark aisles, Some empty shelves. Bad lights. Auto check out confusing system.
If you need a supermarket - your better choice nearby is to go to the (Marina Mall just 200m to the north).

Carrefour market for local supermarket trips. Grocery-wise it's nowhere near as extensive nor seemingly as fresh as the hypermarkets but it's convenient for the residential Dubai Marina area and adequate for a smaller shop. Prices are also a little more expensive than the hypermarkets, but it's more pleasant for a quick shopping trip with far less waiting in line. Compared to the other supermarket chains, it similarly offers plenty of the main staples but less of the interesting international items at some of the other chains.
